Complete research plus custom questions answered and tour scheduling assistance.

3. No Guarantee of Admission or Availability

Important Disclaimer

We are an independent research service. We do not own, operate, or control any schools.

  • ⚠No Guarantee of Admission: Using our service does not guarantee acceptance into any school. Admission decisions are made solely by the schools.
  • ⚠No Guarantee of Availability: Availability changes daily. A spot verified as "open" may be filled by the time you inquire. Our reports reflect status at the time of research.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your family and requirements
  • Treat our team with professional respect (zero-tolerance policy for abuse)
  • Attend scheduled tours or provide reasonable notice for cancellations

Refunds

Because our service involves immediate allocation of human labor, fees are generally non-refundable once research has begun. If we are unable to find any schools meeting your parameters, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overday Labs, LLC and Preschool Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific Service.

7. Role of Researchers

Our researchers act as your agent for the limited purpose of research and scheduling. They are not educational consultants, child psychologists, or legal advisors. Any assessments are qualitative opinions based on observation and school-provided information, not professional evaluations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
